So why am I finding regular blogging so challenging?

I think I have tried to commit to a couple new posts a week, and yet, each time I have fallen short. I think now I am going to NOT commit and see what happens. I'm going to try reverse psychology on myself...lol.

Is that even possible? I guess we'll see, huh?

OK, sticking with this is tougher than I thought...

I love to write, and talk, most people would say. So why am I finding it so challenging to actually sit and create a couple of postings a week in my blog? Good question. I suppose it's because I figure that I can do it at any time, so I just keep pushing it back until all of a sudden a whole week has passed and haven't written anything.

Committing to keeping this updated is going to take an almost corporate-like planning effort on my part, which I'm sure if you ask my doctor, I have a severe allergy to. Yet I will do it if for no other reason than to prove that I can.

So...about the photography thing...I'm still working on my coordination of all of the technologies I need/want to use to satisfy all of my various clients and friends' needs. Some I have a grasp on, but they don't fulfill certain requirements, so I am working on finding the best one's for each circumstances. Some are fine and I am sticking with them. Most of these are for showing different photographs in different formats for a variety of reasons, including proof viewing, ordering, and entertainment.

OK, I have a bunch of photos coming tomorrow...stand by...

Whew! It's been a while...

Committing to keeping up regular blog entries while running a brand new business, continuing to be a part of your family's day-to-day life, handling vacations, and out of town visitors isn't as easy as I thought it might be...lol.

Anyway...it seems I've been away from this for a while now, and I am committing to myself to catch you all up on what I have been doing and to post at least twice a week from now on. Hold me to it!

First of all, my mother was in town for two weeks, I finally got what so far seems to be a great break into doing exactly what I want (regular contracts in Sports Photography), I have been taking and processing a ton of shots, I am constantly working on my Photoshop skills, and then we were out of town for 8 days on the fabled Disney World vacation. That is an entire blog entry in and of itself.

Now I am back and getting caught up on things including my commitment to a regular diet of writing. Be prepared to be inundated for a little while. I have a lot to share...lol.

Well, it's time to take the daughter to school...I shall return...
